Citronella Cooler


- 1 1/2 oz. citrus vodka
- 2 1/2 oz. lemonade
- 1/2 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. cranberry juice

- in a highball glass filled with ice, mix citrus vodka, lemonade, squeeze of lime juice, and cranberry juice together
- garnish with lime wheels in drink

Lynchburg Lemonade


- 1 oz. Jack Daniel's
- 1 oz. triple sec
- 1 oz. sweet & sour mix
- lemon-lime soda

- in an old fashioned glass topped with ice, pour in Jack Daniel's, triple sec, and sweet & sour mix
- top drink with lemon-lime soda and stir
- garnish with lemon wedge/wheel and maraschino cherry

Gin & Tonic


- 2 oz gin
- tonic water

- in a highball or rocks glass filled with ice, add 2 oz of gin
- top with tonic water (5 oz approx)
- garnish with lime wedge

Lemon Drop


- 2 oz citrus vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- opt: 1/2 oz triple sec

- rim a martini glass with sugar
- in a shaker filled with ice, mix citrus vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and triple sec (if desired) together
- shake well
- strain (double-strain if possible) into martini glass with sugar rim (rocks glass can also be used, but not as commonly)
- garnish with lemon twist, as well as sugar rim

Americano


- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- soda water

- pour Campari and sweet vermouth in rocks glass filled with ice
- top with soda water
- garnish with orange peel

Negroni


- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth

- pour ingredients in rocks glass filled with ice
- garnish with an orange peel

Manhattan


- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of bitters
- opt: splash of water/soda water (personal touch)

Martini Glass (traditional)
- stir (do not shake) ingredients in shaker with ice
- strain into martini glass
- garnish with maraschino cherry

Rocks Glass (preferred)
- stir ingredients in rocks glass with ice
- garnish with maraschino cherry


Note: Substitute rye for scotch to make a Rob Roy
