Daiquiri

- 1 1/2 oz white rum

- 1 oz lime juice

- 1/2 oz simple syrup

- Put white rum, lime juice, and simple syrup in shaker with ice
- Strain in martini glass (traditional) OR rocks glass with ice
- Garnish with lime wedge


Poor Man's Version: White Rum + Equal parts sweet & sour mix and Rose's lime juice
