Margarita

- 1 3/4  oz tequila

- 1 oz triple sec (Cointreau is preferred)

- 1 oz lime juice

- 1/4 simple syrup

- put tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup in shaker with with ice

- salt rim of rocks glass (or margarita glass) with salt

- pour mix into glass over ice (or neat if in margarita glass)

- garnish with lime wheel (or wedge), as well as salt
