Mai Tai


- 1 oz white rum
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz amaretto
- 2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- grenadine
- dark rum
- opt: squeeze of lime juice

- mix white rum, triple sec, amaretto, orange juice and pineapple juice in rocks glass or highball glass   over ice
- splash of grenadine, will sink to bottom
- float dark rum on top
- garnish with orange slice, pineapple slice, lime slice, or maraschino cherry


Note: Not a proper Mai Tai recipe, just a fruity version of the original
