Manhattan

- 2 oz rye whiskey

- 3/4 oz sweet vermouth

- 2 dashes of bitters

- opt: splash of water/soda water (personal touch)

Martini Glass (traditional)

- stir (do not shake) ingredients in shaker with ice

- strain into martini glass

- garnish with maraschino cherry

Rocks Glass (preferred)

- stir ingredients in rocks glass with ice

- garnish with maraschino cherry
